He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, a Juris Doctor—Doctor of Law—(J.D.) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Administration.

Richard W. Morris was licensed as an attorney by the State of Arizona in 1967, the State of California in 1967, United States District Court (District of Arizona) in 1967, United States District Court (Central and Southern Districts of California) in 1967, United States Tax Court in 1969, United States Court of Claims in 1969, and the United States Supreme Court in 1970.

Richard W. Morris is a founding member of the College of Estate Planning Attorneys, a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council. His practice has a focus on Estate Planning and related areas of law, such as asset preservation. He travels extensively to present seminars.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Morris holds Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor certificates, is involved with aviation safety, and is a member of Mensa.

David J. Harowitz graduated from Arizona State University, summa cum laude in 1973, and Arizona State University, College of Law, cum laude in 1976. He has practiced in the Phoenix area ever since, although he serves clients from many parts of the state.

His practice is limited to estate planning and related matters. His technical proficiency is maintained through memberships in national, state, and local estate planning professional organizations as well as hundreds of hours of continuing legal education each year.

There are many fine attorneys but distinctions of David’s practice include his ability to explain complex legal and tax issues in a manner that makes them understandable, his down to earth manner which makes the process of planning enjoyable, his empathy and understanding of the people issues involved in estate planning, the counsel he is able to give to clients to balance the issues resulting in a customized plan that meets the unique needs of each client, and his ability to work with a team of professionals in an atmosphere of mutual respect to accomplish his clients’ goals .

Larry Deason and his staff have been providing quality legal services for clients since 1971. Because he believes in the importance of an informed public, Deason spends considerable time educating the public about Estate Planning issues. He writes a monthly Estate Planning column in The Yuma Daily Sun, and he regularly conducts seminars on various Estate Planning topics

Education:

Deason was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law in 1971. His undergraduate degree in Business Management was obtained from that university in 1968. He also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Arizona Western College.Larry Deason is a Yuma native, who is active in his church. His family includes his lovely wife, Harolyn, six children and three grandchildren. He is an avid sports fan, and enjoys playing golf. He previously served as a school board member for Crane School District and continues to serve in advisory capacity for many organizations.

Dan R. Morris is the senior partner of the law firm of Morris, Hall, Holdsworth & Kinghorn, P.L.L.C., with offices in Phoenix, Mesa, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff and Tucson.

For the past 30 years, his private practice has been focused on estate planning, business planning, real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Morris believes in the importance of proper estate planning not only for his clients and their peace of mind, but for the security of their families as well.

Mr. Morris is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the state and federal courts of Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association , the Maricopa County Bar, American Bar Association and a Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation. He is also a charter member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.

After serving five years in the U.S. Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain, Mr. Morris earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona. His undergraduate degree was awarded by Arizona State University in 1961.

Mr. Morris is a native of Arizona, where he grew up on a dairy farm. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Katie. They are the parents of four daughters and grandparents of six. Mr. Morris has served on the Maricopa County Fair Board of Directors for the past 10 years, three times as President.
