William H. Lunger

William Lunger is an associate in the firm's Tax Subsection and practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Taxation and Family Business Planning.

Mr. Lunger was admitted to practice in Delaware (1995) and Pennsylvania (1998). He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (Estates and Trusts Section, and Taxation Section) American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, Inc.

Mr. Lunger received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dickinson College in 1991 and J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1994. While at Widener, he served as Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

In 1995, Mr. Lunger received his LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
