Winning the Wealth Game was the winner of the 1992 Literary Guild Award for Financial Writing.

Mr. Williams has been practicing law since 1982, and is currently licensed to practice law in both Florida and Texas. After attending Clay County, Florida schools, he received his undergraduate education at Florida State University School of Business as an Accounting major, followed by his legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law. After ten years in law practice, Mr. Williams completed the distinguished Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida College of Law, receiving his LL.M. in Taxation.   He opened his own firm in Orange Park, Florida, where he has practiced since, emphasizing the following practice areas:

Steve is a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates lawyer and has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. Background:

Mr. Asarch graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University at Madison, New Jersey, earning a degree in Political Science and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. After graduation from law school, Mr. Asarch continued his legal education at New York University School of Law, where he received a Master of Laws in Taxation in 1977.

In 1976, Mr. Asarch became licensed to practice law in the State of New York and was also admitted to The Florida Bar. He is a dynamic and entertaining speaker on living trusts and estate planning. He has spoken to thousands of people who are concerned about protecting their families from the devastating legal effects of disability and death. With the aid of public and private seminars, articles and interviews, Mr. Asarch has recommended the use of revocable living trusts as a proven way to protect families from the expense and delay of guardianship and probate. He also recommends methods of structuring his client's affairs to minimize or eliminate federal estate tax and, if appropriate, to augment protection of the client's assets from the claims of creditors. Bob was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended undergraduate school at Slippery Rock University. After graduation and active duty in the U.S. Army, he moved to Florida to attend law school at the University of Miami. Upon graduation, he became an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida. Two years later, he entered private practice. He has served as the prosecutor for the Town of Davie, Assistant Prosecutor for the Cities of Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill and as an adjunct professor at Nova University. In 1982, Bob began to concentrate in the area of trusts and estates law. He has practiced exclusively in this area since 1988.

Bob is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer. He is a frequent speaker on radio and television in his specialty. Over the years, he has represented numerous clients in complicated estate and trust litigation matters, as well as planning and administering trusts and estates.

Frances D. DeGraw received her Juris Doctor degree in 1976, from William and Mary Law School, in Williamsburg, Virginia. After spending two tax seasons in the Miami branch of Coopers & Lybrand, representing high-wealth clients who were being audited by the IRS, she went on to practice law in Fort Myers, Florida, where she specialized in estate planning and probate.

In 1986, Flagship Bank of Tampa hired her to open and run their Punta Gorda, Florida, Trust service office. Fran remained in bank trust departments until opening her own law firm.

The law firm of DeGraw & Associates, P.A. was founded in 1990, and is focused solely on the estate-planning needs of its clients. Fran is a member of the Florida Bar, the Virginia Bar, and the Orange County Bar Associations.

Fran served as an instructor at the Florida Banker's Association's Trust School from 1986 to 1997. She chaired the Orange County Bar Association's Estate Planning and Probate Committee in 1988 and 89. She is a member and past director of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council. Fran is a former newspaper columnist and a frequent lecturer on estate planning subjects.
