Allan is an attorney in private practice who concentrates in Elder Law matters and Estate Planning. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore Law School in 1977. He has been admitted to practice in Federal Court, Baltimore County Circuit Court, Harford County Circuit Court, as well as all other Maryland State Courts. In 1984, Allan was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He has been a member of the Harford County Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and its section on elder law. Allan has received the volunteer service award from the Harford County Bar Association. And he is a past member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. Allan teaches "Estate Planning for Advisors"to CPAs and other professionals. He is a frequent guest speaker before professional groups and hosted the weekly radio program "Protect Your Estate". He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Joseph Matricciani has been an attorney for more than thirty years and his practice is limited to Estate Planning. He is a former Chief Solicitor for Baltimore City. Mr. Matricciani is also an adjunct professor of business law at Baltimore County Community College. He has served as the Chair of the Baltimore County Human Relations Commission and is currently the Executive Director of the Baltimore County Ethics Commission. He has been admitted to practice before all the courts in the state of Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Estates and Trusts Section and the Taxation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and the former chair of the Baltimore County Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee. He is also a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the education committee of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
