Frank Fogl
Mr. Fogl's primary areas of practice are
focused on protecting and preserving clients' personal an business assets.
These areas include estate planning, business
planning and consultation, and debt relief. Within these areas, the services
provided by Mr. Fogl include:
Preparation of wills and trusts,
including: testamentary credit shelter trusts; QTIP trusts; minor's trusts; Crummey
trusts; irrevocable life insurance trusts; charitable remainder unitrusts;
grantor-retained income and annuity trusts; and similar instruments effectuating the
lifetime and testamentary transfer of assets.
Preparation of durable and specialized
powers of attorney and living wills.
Estate and succession planning for family

Business planning and formation; maintenance
of corporate minute books and records; corporate mergers and acquisitions; private
placements of securities; and preparation and review of various business contracts,
including: partnership agreements; shareholders' agreements; employment agreements;
lease agreements; independent contractor agreements; office sharing agreements; asset or
stock purchase agreements; and other agreements integral to the operation and succession
of a business enterprise.
Loan workouts; settlement of tax claims; and
individual or business bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy
Code.
Background
Mr. Fogl received his Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne
University School of Law and has been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania since
1989. He has also completed 30 credit hours toward obtaining a Master of Business
Administration degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Fogl is a
part-time instructor of a course entitled "Debtors Rights and Creditors
Remedies" at the Pennsylvania State University, Behrend College, and has lectured on
numerous estate planning and bankruptcy topics for local and regional groups. Mr.
Fogl is an active member of the Bankruptcy and Business and Banking Committees of the Erie
County Bar Association, and the Business Law Division of the American Bar
Association. He also serves on the boards a various non-profit and civic
organizations.

Mark L. Silow
Mark's practice involves a broad range of commercial and
tax matters, including business and tax planning, corporate acquisitions and dispositions,

Lea E. Anderson
Lea focuses her practice on serving the needs of individual and small corporate clients.
Additionally, she is involved in valuation and distribution of marital estates from the
divorce and estate planning and administrative perspectives. She routinely consults on
labor and personnel matters for small businesses, including employment contracts, handbook
and personnel policy issues. She also defends and mediates labor and discrimination
charges before the PHRC and EEOC.
In addition to representing clients in Pennsylvania, Lea is licensed in West Virginia and

Michael K. Parrish
Mr. Parrish concentrates his practice in the

Wendy Denton Heleen
Wendy has practiced in the areas of estate and trust planning and estate administration
since joining Goehring, Rutter & Boehm in 1992. She brings a wealth of experience to
her practice having previously served as a trust administration officer at Mellon Bank in
Pittsburgh for five years.
Wendy counsels clients of all ages and, frequently, multiple generations of families, in
planning for the distribution of assets in light of estate tax and specific family
concerns, including trusts for minor or disabled beneficiaries. When a death occurs, she
advises the decedent's family members on estate administration procedures, including the
preparation of death tax returns and the establishment of trusts.
Wendy received her JD Degree with honors in 1994 from the University of Pittsburgh School
of Law where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. She
received her undergraduate degree (BS) from Bucknell University, magna cum laude, in 1984
where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny
