Tommy C. Estes is a principal in the Nashville law firm of Manier & Herod. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in 1973 and his law degree from Memphis State University in 1978. Mr. Estes also received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1976.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Estes has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Council. He is also a member and past President of the Nashville Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Estes practices extensively in the tax and corporate areas of the law with special emphasis on estate planning and tax planning for closely held corporations.

Phil received his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University, his CPA license in Arizona, and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee.
