Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Received
both his undergraduate degree and law degree from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Received
a master's degree of law in taxation (LL.M.) from SMU Law School. Danny is a shareholder

Kevin P. Shay is a lawyer in San Antonio,
