Shane Reely

Shane is a third generation native of Missoula, where he graduated from Sentinel High School in 1984.

He received a bachelor's degree (with honors) in political science from the University of Montana in 1990. He also attended the University of Arizona during his undergraduate career.

He received a Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Montana School of Law in 1994. He attended the University of North Dakota for his first year of law school. He received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995.

Shane practiced with the Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich law firm in Billings, Montana for seven months after he graduated from tax school.

Shane's primary practice areas include estate planning, probate, taxation, corporate and business law, commercial transactions, and non-profit organizations.

Personal:

Shane's wife, Peggy, is also a native of Missoula. They have a son and a daughter. Shane's outside interests include mountain biking, running, hunting and spending time with his family.
